Wooden Church



Kon Tum Wooden Church - Unique work is a combination of European architecture and typical stilt house architecture of Bana. Kon Tum Cathedral, also known as Wooden Church, is located in the heart of Kon Tum city. Dating back more than a century, it perfect in 1918, built by the French so It has bold Roman style mixed with typical Bana stilt houses in Tay Nguyen. The whole church is made of “chit” wood, surrounded by walls made of soil mixed with straw, combining deep brown tones.

With the ingenuity and meticulousness, the artist has created many decorative patterns with delicate lines, but very strong, generous with bold floral patterns of Tay Nguyen people. Kon Klor communal house



This is considered the largest communal house in Kon Tum and Tay Nguyen in general. This communal house was rebuilt on the foundation of the old communal house in Thang Loi ward after a fire incident in 2010. It was a community house, formerly used as a gathering place for villagers in villages in Tay Nguyen but currently abandoned. Very close to the Kon Klor hotel.

Built-in the traditional culture of the Tay Nguyen people. With material entirely made of wood, bamboo, and carefully decorated by skillful artisans, this is considered the soul of the people of the Central Highlands.

Kon Klor Suspension Bridge


Kon Klor suspension bridge is located in Kon Klor village, Kon Tum city, Kon Tum province. It is the most beautiful big cable-stayed bridge in Tay Nguyen, connecting the two banks of the Dak Bla River. The bridge is 292m long and 4.5m wide. The symbol of Kon Tum and also the pride of the people here. From Kon Klor Communal House, you can also walk across the bridge because of the very close distance. Besides, you can run across the suspension bridge to enter some villages, visit the lives and activities of the people there.

Indochine Cafe


Indochine is a world-famous restaurant - coffee - hotel complex and in the top 5 works of the year voted and nominated by American architecture magazine. Inspired by the upside-down fish basket, architect Vo Trong Nghia has created a unique, famous cafe and is the top 5 works of 2014 voted and nominated by ArchDaily (USA)

Coming to Indochine cafe, visitors are like being in harmony with nature with the gentle Dak Bla river in front of them and the misty forests. The main building is rectangular and surrounded by a green artificial lake, in the middle of the lake are ancient trees arranged in a certain distance, outside is a row of straight porcelain flowers. natural beauty, ventilation. The roof of the building is supported by 15 inverted bamboo clusters.

Kon Tum Archdiocese

Kon Tum Archdiocese, also known with its full name is Kon Tum Missionary Seminary, was built in 1935. The Bishop's Palace is a harmonious combination between Western architecture and traditional indigenous ethnic architecture.

This is the next stop on the list if you want to take nice photos. The Archdiocese will allow you to visit every Sunday, if you go on weekdays, you should only ask for permission to take pictures outside. The outside is also very beautiful, with two rows of flowers, deep inside this path is a building, looking somewhat like a vampire castle. The bishop's building is located in the city, quite close to the communal house of Kon Klor, right next door is the Kon tum Cathedral, so we can go there in the morning.

Minh Thanh Pagoda


With Japanese architecture, Minh Thanh Pagoda is still in the process of completion, but the outside is almost completed, it takes 5 minutes to go here by motorbike, parking in the car, and then walking. Pa Sy Waterfall


About 6km from Mang Den, if you arrive at Pa Sy waterfall late in the afternoon, feeling lost in the fairyland with a healthy space, you will hear the rustling of leaves, the chirping of birds, and the sound of the waterfall falling clearer and clearer. After walking about 500m, across the forest, down bumpy stone steps, Pa Sy waterfall appeared gently and peacefully. Indochina Crossroad
